At Modern Decor and Furniture, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
